That’s exactly the point at which I can help.

I’m Faye, and I created Fresh Start Home Co because clutter is rarely just about having too much stuff.

Life happens.

Bereavement. Illness. Burnout. ADHD. Divorce or separation. Caring for somebody else. Moving house. Children growing up. Downsizing. A difficult few years. Or simply being so busy dealing with everything else that your home gradually became overwhelming.

Sometimes there isn’t even a big reason. Things accumulate, decisions get postponed, one room becomes the place where everything gets put — and eventually you reach the point where you don’t know where to begin.

You don't need another storage box.

You need a starting point.

And sometimes you need another human being beside you while you find it.

I work alongside you

I’m not coming into your home to judge what you own, tell you what you should throw away or turn your house into an immaculate showroom.

It’s your home. Your belongings. Your decisions.

My job is to help you get unstuck.

We work through things together — sorting, decluttering, organising and resetting your space in a way that feels manageable.

Some people need help reclaiming a single room. Some have a cupboard, garage or spare room they've been avoiding for years. Others are facing an entire home and simply cannot imagine how they're ever going to get through it.

We start where you are.

Fresh Start isn't about creating a perfect home.

It's about working out what works for you.

I believe your home should feel like an extension of who you are — somewhere that supports the life you're living now and the person you are now.

But our homes can hold onto our past.

Old relationships. Old versions of ourselves. Things we've inherited. Things we've outgrown. Things we've kept because making a decision felt too difficult at the time.

And sometimes the sheer amount of stuff means we can't see ourselves in our homes anymore. We can only see the overwhelm.

A Fresh Start is about gently working through that.

And you don't have to transform everything overnight.
